Skibbereen Arts Festival: A night of traditional Sean Nós music

A night of traditional Sean Nós music.

The session will be part of the Skibbereen Arts Festival which is holding events in a variety of locations around the town from the July 25th to August  2nd.

Singer Nell Ní Chróinín will be performing a number of traditional songs. Musician Caoimhín Ó Fearghail, will be performing alongside Nell. West Cork group The Sean Gnóstics will perform a mixture of rock, reggae, folk and traditional songs.

Feis Teamhra: A Turn at Tara 2014

The  seventh annual Feis Teamhra / A Turn at Tara features readings and performances by internationally-recognized Irish writers and musicians. The headliners this year are Nual Ní Dhomhnaill, Hugo Hamilton and Christine Tobin, with contributions form Susan McKeown and Paul Muldoon, the co-curators of Feis Teamhra. Admission is free.
